Local company is seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk.  This would be a permanent placement.
20 hours per week - Flexible
Could expand into full-time

Essential Job Fundtions:

• Efficiently & accurately enter and process all Vendor Bills in Quickbooks
• Other various Accounting functions
• Maintain confidentiality
• Answer phones with professionalism and a pleasant etiquette
• Compile payroll hours
• Maintain filing system
• Help with special projects as needed

Minimum Eligible Requirements:

• Solid understanding of Accounting Principles
• Experience with Quickbooks
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional and friendly
• Proficient on 10-key, Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• Detail oriented with excellent Time-Management and organizational skills
• Dependable with on-time attendance
• Possess ability to multi-task
• Able to work well both independently and collaboratively

We're seeking a special individual that takes great pride in their work and holds a high degree of integrity and honesty as much of the work is done in a professional office environment.  This includes delivery, staging and installation of a variety of products including systems furniture, conference room furnishings and equipment, pre-manufactured architectural walls, window coverings, and other specialty products.

Basic Responsibilities:

• Perform safe, high quality installations and assembling using power and hand tools
• Ability to read blue prints and layouts
• Able to solve problems, trouble-shoot and/ or repair products in the field, as needed
• Staging, unloading, lifting and un-boxing products
• Organize and maintain a clean, orderly work area
• Help with warehouse deliveries, inventory organization, quality control, paperwork, and other tasks as needed
• Provide excellent customer service in person or over the phone in a pleasant and professional manner
• To actively participate and retain hands-on field training and formal training sessions.

Position Requirements:

• A high degree of flexibility.  Individuals who enjoy a changing work environment will do well in this position, as each day varies according to the scope of the project
  
• 3-4 years of systems furniture experience, or similar mechanical/ technical field experience
  
• Techs must have their own drill gun & accessories, Torpedo Level, Flate headd screw driver, Rubber Mallet, Pry Bar, Pliers, Wrench, Tape Measure.
  
• A dependable team player that takes direction well - ability to work alone or with others
  
• This position can be physically demanding; installation Techs must be in good physical condition, and able to lift 75 lbs or more with ease
  
• A valid driver's license
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Passport and federal security clearance
  
• This position requires a pre-employment drug screening and periodic random drug tests
  
• Clean, professional appearance
  
• Able to use mobile technology, and computers
  
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
